We offer the ARL Lab test with the complete interpretation of your Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis.
You would need to mail approximately a tablespoon of washed and dry hair without products ,closer to the root is better, to Dr. CC Chapman, P.O. Box 1112, San Clemente, CA 92674. No Kit will be provided you can put your hair and information in a envelope and send to us. The report will be emailed to you in about 3 weeks from the date that we receive your hair sample.
If you decide not to send in your hair for whatever reason there will be a $5 processing fee to cancel your order.
