We offer the ARL Lab test with a complete interpretation of your Hair Tissue Mineral Analysis .
You would need to mail approximately a tablespoon of washed and dry hair without leave in products like hair spray, gel etc,closer to the root is better, to Dr. CC Chapman, P.O. Box 1112, San Clemente, CA 92674. No Kit will be provided you can put your hair and information in a envelope and send to us. The report will be emailed to you in about 3 weeks from the date that we receive your hair sample.
The supplement recommendations will be from our line of Filler free, NO animal by products supplements.
If you decide not to send in your hair for whatever reason there will be a $5 processing fee to cancel your order.
